Xulo started in 2022 with a simple idea: bring the warmth of a Mexican coffee bar — where neighbors know each other, where the pan dulce is fresh, where the cajeta is house-made — to our corner of Elk Grove.
Every recipe is rooted in family tradition. The conchas, the cajeta, the pressed Cubano — these are the flavors we grew up with. We make them the way they were made for us.
